Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional client experiences and overseeing key operational functions to ensure smooth practice management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar oversight for advisors and team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization.
- Lead and manage projects that enhance client service and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate complex client service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and oversee compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: 5–10 years of industry, front desk, or administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
- Positive attitude and commitment to client service.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
Compensation & Benefits:
