Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year based on experience and skillset
POSITION OVERVIEW
Point Forward Wealth Advisors is a boutique wealth management practice committed to delivering an exceptional, high‑touch client experience. We are a 20 person team, with eight financial advisors, and over 1,100 client households, derived solely from organic growth and referrals. We are seeking a highly organized, self‑directed Client Service Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, interruption‑heavy environment and can confidently manage multiple competing priorities without excessive supervision.
This individual is often the first and last impression of our firm. Success in this role requires exceptional multitasking skills, follow-through, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and accurate while multiple people actively need your attention. While we have flexibility for personal commitments, the role is in-person full time, and not eligible for hybrid work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist clients and guests, delivering a warm, polished, and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct calls, and check voicemails in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for advisors and staff.
- Support long-term client relationships by providing consistent, high‑touch service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, office, and conference rooms.
- Open the office each morning and complete daily readiness tasks to ensure we are client-ready.
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination.
- Process daily mail handling with accuracy and priority.
- Assist with firm projects, events, and administrative support as needed.
- Consistently uphold high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
- Continued success in this role would open additional opportunities and compensation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional multitasking ability in a distraction‑heavy environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see tasks to their completion.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks without micromanagement.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style.
- Mature judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
- Our operations software suite includes Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and proprietary Ameriprise tools.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or client service roles required. This is a non-licensed role, but experience in the financial industry is a bonus. Salary based on relevant experience.
