AmeriPrime Healthcare Inc. is a home health agency located in Tracy,
CA providing high quality patient centered care in Northern California. We looking to hire a per diem Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Turlock area. The ideal candidate would cover areas in Stanislaus and Merced counties.
Compensation:
- $25-$30 per hour - Depending on experience
- IRS standard mileage reimbursement [$0.725 mile] home to home.

Coverage area:
- Ceres, Hughson, Modesto, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, Turlock, Waterford, Ripon, Atwater, Livingston, Los Banos, Gustine, and Dos Palos
Areas Of Responsibility:
Responsibilities of the home health aide include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform personal care including grooming, baths, oral hygiene
- Assisting patients to the bathroom or in using commodes, bedpans or urinals
- Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, as assigned
- May provide other ADL assistance, laundry and housekeeping tasks
- Follows established standards for point of service technology, documentation, and synchronization.
- Submits all documentation according to agency requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned consistent with skills and training
Qualifications:
- Excellent assessment skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to confront problems constructively
- Flexible, and able to work well and participate in a multidisciplinary team setting
Requirements:
- Meet the training requirements of the State
- Current HHA certification in good standing
- Minimum one year home health experience
- CPR Certification
- Valid California driver's license and automobile insurance
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
