Job Summary:
As our Director of Marketing, you’ll play a defining role in building and leading a growing marketing function that drives engagement, supports business growth, and strengthens our connection with members and partners.

You’ll oversee paid advertising, social, and brand marketing while shaping how we show up across all channels — from digital campaigns to community outreach.

Essential Functions:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with AmeriHealth Caritas’ mission and growth goals.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing function that blends strategic insight with creative excellence.
- Partner with internal teams and our creative agency to deliver integrated, data-informed campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Leverage analytics to guide marketing investments and continuously optimize performance.
- Strengthen relationships with growth markets and external partners to expand our reach and brand impact.
