At AmeriHealth Caritas D.C., we’re hiring licensed clinical professionals to join our Care Management team, supporting diverse member needs across adult, pediatric, behavioral health, and complex care populations. Whether you're coordinating services post-discharge or managing medically fragile patients, your expertise can shape better outcomes. As a Clinical Reviewer on our Utilization Management team, you’ll do more than check boxes. You’ll ensure every service is necessary, every decision is just, and every member gets the care they truly need. Whether you're an RN or LICSW, your expertise will drive equitable, quality-focused decisions that support underserved populations across Washington, DC. This position is hybrid by design. You’ll collaborate onsite with a passionate team four (4) days a week and have one (1) remote day to stay flexible while staying connected.
What We’re Looking For:
Clinical experience in complex care e.g., high-risk, medically fragile, or chronic), behavioral health, pediatrics, or transitions of care
Active RN Licensure in DC required, compact licensure strongly preferred, or LICSW
Knowledge of tools like InterQual or JIVA
Passion for Medicaid populations and purpose-driven care
4 days onsite, 1day remote
