Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Nappanee, IN. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating and managing client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include generating new leads, managing accounts, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting follow-ups and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales with a proven ability to generate and develop new leads
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-term relationships
- Expertise in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
