We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Team member who likes working in a fast paced environment. In this role you will be utilizing a variety of hand tools and reading cut sheets and/or blueprints to build crates or pallets. Key Responsibilities:
Compensation: $18-20/ hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build or repair crates or pallets
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Maintain and operate power and hand tools aderaing to AmeriLux safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Compensation: $18-20/ hour
- pay is based on experience with opportunities for bonuses and raises.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
