Job Summary Job Description DEPARTMENT: JOB TITLE: REPORTS TO: FLSA STATUS: SUMMARY / JOB PURPOSE: This person will be assisting various departments, working closely with the team to conduct research, capture data, attend meetings, and write down minutes of the meetings. This person will be providing help to their supervisors with projects and tasks based on business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments. Attend meetings and take minutes. Perform research at a supervisor's request. Update social media platforms and write copy for posts. Create images for social media posts. QUALIFICATIONS: A final year student or recent graduate. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. Cope well under pressure.
