Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary.
- Assist in laundry duties when required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and floor care techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
