Morgan County Habitat for Humanity is part of a nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Habitat is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Member Duties : The Engagement Coordinator VISTA will manage the outreach, event planning, volunteer experience, and promotion of the Habitat for Humanity affiliate. These duties will include developing strategy and overseeing the daily social media outreach, tracking the volunteer experience and recruitment of volunteers, event planning coordination with affiliate staff, and overall networking and promotion of Habitat for Humanity operations in the greater Morgan County service area.
