Think Tank Inc. serves community-based organizations that work to create community and eradicate poverty. The organization accomplishes this work by development and facilitation of trainings, creation and refinement of models/processes/roadmaps for community building across social and economic lines. TTI coaches organizations and community groups and connects organizations and community groups to resources to increase collaboration and services. The VISTA project will seek to increase resources, develop long term sustainability plans, evaluate best practices and increase community member involvement for multiple community based organizations and expects to benefit hundreds of individuals. VISTA members will contribute to the goals of the project by performing activities such as volunteer recruitment, fund development, training and curriculum design and best practices research. Service locations across Ohio include small grass root to large national organizations. Projects include curriculum design, grant writing, social media, volunteer recruitment, program development, marketing and communications. Service positions are limited and competitive. Member Duties : Want the experience of a lifetime? Work with a local nonprofit to build capacity for community services to impact poverty? Activities include; Community Engagement/Outreach, Volunteer Recruitment and Training, Marketing and Resource Development, and Curriculum Development.
