What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer 2026 - AmeriCorps Y.O.U.th Serve Member position at AmeriCorps and Careers?
Our OST Program fosters social-emotional learning and school success offering academic support, enrichments, and opportunities for peer connection and fun. On a quarterly basis, Y.O.U. carefully designs and selects developmentally-appropriate program components to engage youth along a path of exposure in our Elementary Program, exploration in our Middle School Program, and experience in our High School Program. Y.O.U. collaborates with enrichment instructors/partners to expand experiential learning opportunities in safe and nurturing environments.
Member Duties : Y.O.U.th Serve Members support youth by serving in Y.O.U.'s 2026 Summer Program. Y.O.U.th Serve Members will provide youth with fun and engaging enrichments, crucial academic support, and help lead workshops on social and emotional enrichment and life skills. Y.O.U.th Serve Members will also assist the program in building relationships with families and community members. All Y.O.U.th Serve Members will report to a Program Manager.
