As a Collections Supervisor, you will oversee a full-time Collections team in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. You will facilitate the daily operational responsibilities of the Loan Servicing Collections Team. Other duties will include: being responsible for facilitating daily workload requirements, meeting daily processing requirements, handling escalations, research, and training.
Compensation: $62,500 annually
Work Location: Hybrid- Irvine, CA.
Work Hours: 40 hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Proficiently manage tracking of collections, loss mitigation negotiations, and charge-off recovery.
- Manage and facilitate loan modifications, debt settlement processing, and revisions of charged-off loan repayment plans.
- Meticulous attention to detail in monitoring adherence to bankruptcy filing requirements and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline loss mitigation processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time.
- Assist in the development and establishment of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct interviews, assist with onboarding, and effectively train new hires, imparting collections best practices to ramp up production.
- Manage a high-performance team while closely monitoring agents' performance, analyzing data, and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure effective utilization of customer communication channels, phone, text, email, and chat for optimal collections performance.
- Ability to assist the team with all collections and recovery processes to ensure productivity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in collections, loss mitigation, and recovery.
- Excellent knowledge base of collections, loss mitigation, and recovery protocols.
- Excellent team mentoring and leadership skills.
