Current opening for an Entry Level Full Time Administrative position in our Carlisle, PA office.
Americomm, LLC is looking for their next team member! We are looking for a self-motivated, eager to learn individual for our full time opening. The job duties will vary based on the project needs; furthermore, there will be a great deal of data entry and precise attention to detail. Project tracking will be involved so the ideal candidate will have experience with spreadsheets. Must be punctual, have a professional attitude and appearance, and be willing to learn new functions as needed. Paid training will be provided by our management team.
Americomm LLC., established in PA 2007, is a multi-disciplined Communications engineering firm servicing public, private and institutional clients throughout the North East Region. We currently have offices located in Carlisle Pennsylvania and Lancaster Pennsylvania. Our team of professionals is dedicated to detail, innovative solutions, and cost control utilizing the latest technology and methodologies.
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to perform the essential duties
- High School diploma or GED or related experience or training.
- Must pass background and drug screen and have valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs.
- Ability to read and understand maps, diagrams and records.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time - This is a full-time opening at our Carlisle, PA office. Full-time hours are 8 AM through 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
