- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue.
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hospitality standards.
Skills
