We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while providing accurate information regarding room availability and hotel services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and special requests.
- Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in-person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guests' stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or as a Front Desk Agent is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in customer service or guest relations within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure is highly valued.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
