Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide assistance with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls from guests.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a resort or hotel setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling night audits and managing financial transactions is advantageous.
