Duties
- Greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly communication and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests, demonstrating strong customer service skills and resolving issues with professionalism
- Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
Skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with efficiency and professionalism
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities is a plus
