Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at AmericInn. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant stay. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all linens and towels are laundered and stocked appropriately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks.
