The AmericInn by Wyndham-Winona is looking for a part time night auditor. This is an overnight position from 11pm to 7am. Must be able to work rotating weekends & holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain TIPS training for serving alcohol.
Job Description:
Operational Responsibilities
- Has mastered the necessary technical skills to perform well.
- Understands new duties within a reasonable time.
- Understands the overall work flow of the hotel.
- Has developed technical knowledge of related jobs, where required.
Reservations:
- Asks questions, listens attentively and attempts to upsell.
- Attempts to collect an email address for every reservation.
- Applies the proper rate and source code to reservations.
Check In:
- Smile, Smile, Smile, establish eye contact – demonstrate a friendly demeanor.
- Follows proper procedures, provides an excellent arrival experience.
- Consistently upsells walk-ins and existing reservations.
- Feed leads to the General Manager.
- Appropriately verifies source and rate codes as well as guest counts.
- Properly checks in all CLC
Check Out:
- Follows proper procedures, provides an excellent departure experience.
- Attempts to uncover any guest problems and solve prior to departure.
- Presents comeback coupons and TripAdvisor cards when necessary.
- Breakfast Host, including guest interaction, food presentation, cleanliness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
