Responsibilities
- Conduct night audits by verifying and reconciling all financial transactions from the day.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue.
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hospitality standards.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest services.
- Experience in hotel management or resort operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices.
