About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in our branch, processing loan applications from start to finish. You'll be the person who makes a sometimes-stressful process feel simple and human, walking customers through the process, answering questions, and making sure every visit is a good one. This is a hands-on, people-facing role with real room to advance.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the loan application process in person
- Collect, review, and process required documentation accurately
- Explain loan terms and answer customer questions clearly and honestly
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain customer files and follow all compliance procedures
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfort with basic computer use and data entry
- Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred (not required):
- Prior customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
