Position Overview
This is a high-visibility concierge/front desk role in a luxury residential high-rise.
You are the first point of contact. The tone of the building starts with you.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in presentation, awareness, and being the person others rely on.
We are hiring for a 24/7 operation, including:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and presence
- Manage front desk operations with attention to detail and awareness
- Handle packages, deliveries, and visitor access
- Assist with resident requests and communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Detail-oriented and aware of surroundings
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stay alert and engaged throughout the shift
Experience in concierge, hospitality, hotel, front desk, reception, or customer service is preferred
Compensation
$15–$18.50 per hour (based on experience and shift)
