About the Opportunity
Americas Hospitality Group provides concierge, valet, and hospitality services for luxury residential communities.
We are expanding in the Atlanta market and looking for an Operations Manager who can help us open doors, build relationships, and grow our presence — then step in and lead operations as new locations come online.
This is not a typical “manager” role. This is a launch role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build relationships with property managers and luxury residential communities
- Help identify and secure new service opportunities
- Transition into leading concierge, valet, and guest services operations
- Recruit, hire, and train hospitality teams
- Maintain luxury-level resident experience standards
- Manage schedules, staffing, and service coverage
- Create and enforce SOPs and operational systems
- Handle resident concerns and service escalations professionally
- Work directly with leadership to grow the Atlanta market
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in hospitality, concierge, guest services, or front office leadership
- Experience in hotel operations, luxury residential, or property services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable building and not just maintaining
- Reliable transportation and ability to be on-site
Major Plus
- Existing relationships or connections within property management, hospitality, or residential communities
- Experience helping grow business, partnerships, or client relationships
