Sourcing Specialist

We have a team of over 700 around the world and looking to continue that growth by adding another full time Recruiter to the Human Resources team. You will work on a variety of different positions within the organization to help support our technology recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across various departments and have a "hands-on" approach to attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent. We're looking for someone that will thrive in an innovative fast-paced environment, is a team player, will work hard, have fun and get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through email, phone, and social platforms.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate phone screens and interviews when needed.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Research market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing for technical, corporate, or agency roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$75,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
