Partner Relationship Associate

Americaneagle.com has an opening for a Partner Relationship Associate to join our Marketing/Partnership team. The primary role of the Partner Relationship Associate is to build and maintain existing relations with current partners; help develop and define business relations and strategies; support partner marketing campaigns and events. In addition, this candidate is to prospect new partners by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential business partners for the purpose of driving new business. This person will report directly to the VP of Partnerships and has a great opportunity for growth!

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new and grow existing partnerships for the purpose of business development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to create a strategic and tactical partnership network
• Assist sales in a multitude of ways to help close partner referred business
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on partner offerings and always look for opportunities to leverage and promote partners
• Assist with planning and scheduling partner marketing activities
• Evaluate the ROI of partner marketing activities and recommend actions to improve performance
• Following-up with prospects via calls and networking to support partner marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
• Success to be measured based on revenue generated through local marketing and partner activities

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Business Development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Web Development/Digital Marketing industry experience a plus
• Communication, teamwork, passion, pride, adaptability, proactivity, ownership, organization, resourcefulness and positivity are key to being a successful Americaneagle.com Partner Relationship Associate
• Ability to travel if needed

The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$90,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
