Our firm is seeking an experienced Managing Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, developing and implementing strategies to ensure growth and profitability, and managing a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Budgeting inventory
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Have Chef experience and kitchen Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
