Description for Pre-Finisher:
- Prepare premium wood doors, trim, and millwork for final finishing via sanding and caulking.
- Assist production teams across the facility floor to ensure goods are structured and ready for delivery.
- Support logistics workflows, helping handle daily shipping, receiving, and flatbed loading duties.
- Cross-train independently across multiple technical phases of the custom wood manufacturing process.
- Maintain a highly organized, safe, and clean workspace in a fast-paced facility.
Details for Pre-Finisher:
- Pay Rate: $21.00 /hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Some Fridays may end as early as 10:00 AM depending on workload!).
- Location: Olympia, WA.
Requirements for Pre-Finisher:
- Hands-on production experience preferred, but transferable labor or construction skills are considered.
- Ability to accurately perform repetitive manual detail work like hand sanding and caulking.
- A solid track record of employment longevity and reliability with previous employers is highly valued.
- Strong work ethic, dependable personal transportation, and an eager willingness to learn.
