Description for Laborer – Filter Boxing:
- Pack, box, and organize HVAC filters securely for final shipment.
- Keep up with production line flows to meet daily delivery quotas.
- Conduct basic visual checks to ensure finished products meet quality metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation.
Details for Laborer – Filter Boxing:
- Pay Rate: $17.13 / hour.
- Schedules Available: Day Shift (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM) | Swing Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) | Graveyard Shift (10:30 PM – 6:00 AM Sun-Fri).
- Union Perks: Eligible for excellent union benefits upon permanent hire.
- Drug Screen: Oral saliva test required (THC is friendly/OK).
Requirements for Laborer – Filter Boxing:
- No experience required—excellent hands-on training provided!
- Must be highly dependable with a history of great attendance.
- Comfortable wearing basic safety PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection).
- Background restrictions apply (no violent crimes, theft, or sex offenses).
