What your day looks like- Assemble metal spools and related parts following clear work instructions and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools, jigs, and basic fabrication equipment confidently and safely.
- Perform spot welding to secure components (experience preferred).
- Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next build.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies without compromise.
- Jump in to support other production or shop tasks when needed.
- Hands-on background in metal assembly (required).
- Ability to read basic drawings or follow structured assembly instructions.
- Comfort with hand tools and working in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craft.
- Spot welding experience (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus for some team communication.
- Stand for extended periods during your shift.
