What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at American Vintage Home?
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Looking for a key team member, with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. Primarily inbound calls, answering customer questions, booking sales and service appointments for a busy and growing residential HVAC/plumbing company.
Qualifications:
- Effective phone communication skills, ability to stay calm with agitated customers
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
- General computer and typing skills
- Available for immediate full-time work
- Passion quality work and focus on details
- Must be focused and reliable
- Helpful previous experience includes: bank teller, hotel front desk, restaurant service, retail, high volume sales, telemarketing or bill collections
