Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare IT, or digital health.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing analysts or technical teams.
  • Strong experience leading healthcare analytics initiatives, including dashboards and enterprise reporting.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) data (Epic preferred).
  • Experience integrating EHR data with enterprise data systems.
