We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong 80% Technical 20% Functional background to lead enterprise technology programs.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 15 years of enterprise application development experience using J2EE / Distributed Systems
• Strong Technical Program Management experience across multiple engineering teams
• Strong hands-on technical understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices & AWS
• Experience with JavaScript, React & Node.js
• Practical, day-to-day experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Program strategy, roadmap planning, dependency & risk management
• Experience with Agile / SAFe
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management
• Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery models
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to act as a client POC
• Experience supporting account growth and identifying additional business opportunities
Salary : $45 - $50
