Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate intake meetings and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze, document, and refine technology proposals using ServiceNow or similar portfolio management tools.
• Develop business cases including ROI, TCO, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and strategic alignment.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation using Visio.
• Coordinate with business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure proposal readiness.
• Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation for governance and funding decisions.
• Support proposal lifecycle management and governance processes.
• Track proposal activities, workload, and documentation updates.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Strong experience facilitating meetings with executives and subject matter experts.
• Experience with business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience preparing business cases, ROI/TCO analyses, cost-benefit studies, and risk summaries.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar demand/portfolio management tools.
• Strong understanding of translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL certification.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience supporting governance processes and technology proposal management.
