What are the responsibilities and job description for the RPA Developer position at American Unit, Inc?
The candidate will serve on the HHSC IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This senior-level engineer will design, develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure.
Responsibilities include:
- RPA solution design & development
- Creating, testing, and troubleshooting bots
- Infrastructure management
- Collaboration across teams
- Continuous improvement in an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment
- Validating & troubleshooting HTTP responses
- Working with DOM, HTTP protocol, JavaScript, and HTML
All work products are considered works made for hire and become property of HHSC. Candidates may be subject to background checks.
Minimum Required Skills
- 8 yrs – Hands-on RPA development
- 4 yrs – Blue Prism development (minimum)
- 8 yrs – HTML, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP protocol
- 8 yrs – SQL/NoSQL
- 8 yrs – RESTful web services
Preferred Skills
- 4 yrs – API development
- 4 yrs – Requirements gathering / architecture
- 4 yrs – C#, Java, or Python
- 3 yrs – Azure infrastructure
- 3 yrs – Agile methodology
- 1 yr – Power Automate development
- Certifications:
- BluePrism Certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
