- Experience integrating SAP with external data sources (REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
- Strong native HANA debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with SDLC/Agile/Scrum
- Experience leading small teams
- Ability to work across global time zones
