Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling, sprint planning, and work breakdown structures.
- Assist with Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain Azure DevOps boards, user stories, tasks, and sprint progress.
- Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, risk/issue logs, change requests, and project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support stakeholder communications.
- Maintain SharePoint repositories and ensure compliance with VDOT and Commonwealth standards.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and project administration activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- :2–5 years of experience supporting IT projects, Agile teams, or project administration
- .Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the project lifecycle
- .Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
- .Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
- .Experience working in a Tolling environment
- .Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
