Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping
- Facilitate meetings with business and technical teams to understand processes
- Document current and future state workflows
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
System Integration & Data Flow Analysis
- Document system integrations and data exchanges
- Analyze dependencies between applications
- Work with APIs, interfaces, and technical teams
- Identify risks and gaps in integrations
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
PMO Support
- Assist project managers with tracking tasks and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and support multiple initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops and discussions
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Testing & Implementation Support
- Develop test plans and test cases
- Support UAT and validate system functionality
- Assist with implementation readiness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects
- 5 years in system integration and data flow analysis
- 5 years in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with APIs and enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMO support experience
- Experience with enterprise system implementations or modernization
- Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
