Description
American Traveler is hiring a General Ultrasound Technologist for a critical access hospital, requiring 2 years of experience and the ability to perform abdominal, pelvic, soft tissue, DVT, testicle, and thyroid exams.
Details
- Work in the Radiology department of a critical access hospital with an 8-bed ED and 14 inpatient beds
- Perform exams including abdomen, pelvis, soft tissue, DVT, testicle, and thyroid studies
- Carotid exam experience is a plus
- Patient ratio of 1:1
- Utilizes EPIC EMR
- 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- BLS certification (AHA only) required
- ARRT certification required
- WV Cares certification required
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Must adhere to facility dress code, scrubs in Caribbean Blue color
- Candidates must reside outside a 65-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
