American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Surgical ICU (SICU) position requiring MICU and/or SICU experience with the ability to manage complex, high-acuity medical and trauma/neuro/surgical ICU patients.

• Hospital-based Surgical ICU (SICU) setting
• High-acuity patient population including complex medical, trauma, neuro, and surgical ICU cases
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Block scheduling for day/night shifts will be considered, though rotating shift availability is preferred
• No rotating shifts within a 48-hour period
• Floating primarily within the Critical Care Division, with additional floating to other units as census requires
• Weekend requirements vary based on unit needs

• Active Montana (MT) or Compact RN license required
• MICU and/or SICU experience required — this is not an entry-level position
• Independent, competent ability to care for complex, high-acuity critical care patients required
• Trauma, neuro, and surgical ICU experience required

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity surgical, trauma, and neuro ICU patients
• Schedule flexibility is valued to accommodate fluctuating census needs
• 13-week assignment
