Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and a 13-week day shift commitment with every other weekend rotation.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing direct care to acutely ill, moderately stable patients with elevated risk for instability
- Advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions are core functions of this unit
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 1 year of PCU experience required
- Basic EKG experience preferred
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
- This facility strictly enforces all posted requirements and will not consider candidates missing any required certification or experience
Additional Information
