Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed RN with OR experience for a 13-week travel contract in Illinois, working four 10-hour shifts per week with on-call requirements.
Details
- Operating Room (OR) setting within an acute care hospital
- Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
- On-call required as needed
- Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- OR nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical, mental, and spiritual needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Expected to recognize and report changes in patient condition using clinical nursing judgment
- Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate medical records and meeting Core Measure requirements
- Part of a non-profit healthcare system recognized nationally for cancer, cardiac, stroke, bariatric, breast imaging, and rehabilitation services
