Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2 years of experience and an active WV or compact RN license.
Details
- Acute care Med/Surg unit
- 12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Uses MEDITECH charting system
Requirements
- Active WV or compact RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BSN not required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at this facility and returned as a traveler
- Travelers who previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
- Travelers may not work within WVU facilities for more than a cumulative year without taking a 2-year break
- All candidates interview directly with the unit manager
- Unexpired driver's license copy required for consideration
- Any licensing history issues must be disclosed at time of consideration
