Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring NE or compact licensure and prior LTC/SNF experience.
Details
- Long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with a 58-bed unit
- Geriatric patient population typical of LTC settings
- Patient ratio of approximately 1:15
- Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
- 12-hour night shifts, with variable 8s or 12s possible
- Required to work every other or every third weekend
- Holiday coverage as needed
- No on-call or call-back requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (NE or Compact) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- LTC/SNF experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
- Arrive one hour prior to first shift for building orientation and shadow opportunity when available
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- Candidates residing within 80 miles are considered local for pay purposes
- First-time travelers may be considered
