Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Care/SNF position in Minnesota, requiring an active MN RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Post-acute care setting in a 43-bed, 2-story Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
- Patient population is primarily dementia residents
- Patient ratios vary by floor
- EMR system is MatrixCare with supplemental paper flowsheets
- Evening shift, 8-hour shifts (1400–2230), with willingness to accommodate 12-hour shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- No on-call or call-back responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MN RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration (pending license not accepted)
- Current BLS certification required (copy of active certification required; pending certifications not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, no exceptions
- Driver's license required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked — both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at a local pay rate
- 13-week contract
