Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring 2 years of experience and a ND or compact RN license.
Details
- Post-acute care setting within a LTC/SNF unit
- 12-hour day shifts from 6:00am to 6:30pm
- Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses a computerized charting system other than major EMR platforms
- Overtime available at this location
Requirements
- Active RN license (ND or compact) required
- BSN required for this position
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents
- Facility does not offer charge nurse differential pay, though RNs may occasionally be asked to charge
- Candidates must reside outside an 80-mile radius to qualify for traveler rate; local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- Two-week notice required for cancellation
