Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring at least one year of experience and a ND or compact RN license.
Details
- Post-acute LTC/SNF unit with 128 beds
- Patient ratio of 1:32
- Cares for patients with all diagnoses
- Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system
- 12-hour day shifts from 0600-1830
- Every third weekend and every third holiday required
- No on-call or call-back responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (ND or compact) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
Additional Information
- Complete a location-specific orientation pathway with facility staff prior to starting
- IV certification preferred for LPNs on this unit
- Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius for full travel pay rate eligibility
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
- Two week's notice required for cancellation
