Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology (IR) position in Cedar Rapids, IA, requiring a minimum of 30 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit with 9 beds
- Patient population includes prep/post-care for vascular and IR procedures
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3
- Monday through Friday, day shift schedule with 5x8-hour shifts flexing between 0600–1000 start times and 1800 end time, 40 hours per week
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Epic EMR in use; experience required
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA-issued)
- Minimum 30 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
- Pre- and post-op/recovery experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience in a hospital or medical center setting highly preferred
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Supervisory performance evaluation or professional reference from within the past 24 months preferred for consideration
