Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of cath lab experience and an active MI RN license.
Details
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a regional hospital serving 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern Upper Peninsula
- Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (0700-1730)
- Weekend call required from Friday 1730 through Monday 0700
- On-call responsibilities include 1 night per week and approximately every 4th-6th weekend
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required at time of submission, compact license not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN Cath Lab experience required
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification
Additional Information
- Facility enforces a strict 3-strike attendance policy; more than 20 minutes late or absent from a scheduled shift 3 times results in immediate termination, though exceptions may be reviewed for documented communicable disease or hospitalization
- No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
- Local candidates within a 35 mile radius are considered local travelers and subject to a reduced rate
