American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for an 8-week assignment requiring an active MA RN license and Epic charting experience.
Details

- Day shift schedule from 08:00 to 16:30

- Utilizes Epic EMR for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
- BLS certification required (AHA preferred; some facilities require AHA only)
- Experienced case manager background required
- Epic charting experience required
- Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and upon expiration via NURSYS and BON
Additional Information
- Responsible for initial patient assessments and utilization review
- Leads and documents Interdisciplinary Team Care (ITC) meetings
- Manages patient and family interactions throughout the care planning process
- Coordinates skilled home care services and arranges vendors for oxygen, respiratory equipment, enteral nutrition, TPN, and hospital beds
- Participates in ongoing care plan meetings
- Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate
- Parking at Boston locations is not validated; public transportation or paid public parking required
